Paint Warranty Information

Products:

1) Pro Coat Roof Paint

2) PaintPlus HiGuard Roof Paint.

Both Pro Coat and PaintPlus manufacturers offer a standard 10-year warranty on their paints. This means that if the paint film fails within 10 years of application, PaintPlus will replace the paint.

What is covered by the warranty?

Replacement paint if the paint film fails

What is not covered by the warranty?

Normal gloss and color loss, Substrate failure, Failure of any previous coating, Products used in combination with non-PaintPlus products, and Instances where application specifications were not adhered to. Click these links for more info about:

Consumers Guarantees Act 1993

All services provided by Roof Painters NZ Ltd are covered by the Consumers Guarantees Act which states that all works provided are fit for purpose and are carried out with reasonable care and skill. Click this link for more information on the Consumer Guarentees Act.

In addition to the10-year Warranties, we here at Roof Painters NZ guarantee our workmanship for 5 years. Within this 5 year period, If there are any issues related to the workmanship and application of the paint and services we have provided, then we will do everything we can to respond quickly to the issue and repair it to your satisfaction, within reason. Our guarantee does not cover any issues or faults that are related to previous work carried out by tradesmen or other individuals.
